Sound and music have been an integral part of my life from an early age.   While I was studying for a music teacher's qualification I became aware of colours associated with various sounds and individual notes on the piano.

After I moved to live in London from Zimbabwe, where I grew up, I worked in a busy office but soon felt drawn to exploring the esoteric and healing arts.  I studied music therapy part time, then trained and worked with the Reiki system, and foot reflex zone therapy while living in Germany.  I received my personal Reconnection and attended The Reconnection seminars taught by Eric Pearl, the finally, back in the UK, moved full circle again to work with sound, training with the British Academy of Sound Therapy.

Twenty years later I understand more of what I was perceiving as a music student.  Learning to verbally channel my guide and working through the process of awakening my light body has increased my understanding of sound and other forms of energy.  As I have participated in and witnessed my own ongoing transformation from working with sound, light and subtle energies, I have felt called to offer them to others as a way of supporting positive aspects of being, and opening or continuing on their path of spiritual growth.

The creative process, from initial concept through to the final product, is for me fascinating and empowering.  I enjoy making different types of sound instruments such as metal singing bowls, bells and drums that I use in treatments and sound baths.  From time to time, I also travel with a small group of friends to explore sacred sites and power places around the world, working with crystal and sound frequencies and the earth energies.

I hold a Licenciate of the Royal Schools of Music Teachers qualification, and a Diploma in Sound Therapy having trained with the ICNM accredited British Academy of Sound Therapy.  I am Member of the British Register of Complimentary Practitioners (Sound Division), a Reconnective Healing^® and Cymatherapy^® Practitioner.  To teach the Awakening Your Light Body course, I trained with the UK's leading light body teacher, Lita de Alberdi, one of a small group of teachers worldwide who is also qualified to teach light body and radiance teachers.
