We teach this process through live transmission of the vibrational energy body centres in guided meditation during class, and you will receive recordings of the journeys accompanied by course notes to work with at home.

We divide the process into three workshops, allowing from four to six weeks in between to integrate and practice what we have learned.

« Part I - Building your power base and opening your heart centre
We will learn the first four vibrational energy body centres and start to build the power base for your light body.  As part of this process you will be guided into many states of expanded consciousness which will allow you to profoundly affect the energy around you, stay calm and peaceful, easily change emotional and personality patterns and more.   You will meet the Master with whom you are working and you will work with this Master to unlock your hidden resources for accelerated growth.  You will learn how to keep your energy open and flowing, "stay neutral" around others, set a healing space, and learn techniques for releasing emotions.  You will experience compassion for yourself and others as you release other peoples energy from your aura.  You will learn how to use the centres to transform food and create a greater sense of physical vitality and emotional clarity.

« Part II - Activating your higher energy centres and aligning your vibrational energy bodies
During this workshop, you will work with your upper energy body centres.  These centres will assist you in awakening your higher mind for increased inner vision and heightened creativity.  During the class and using the recorded meditations, you will work with the grid-work of your mental body to open to higher, more positive and unlimited thoughts, connect with the Universal Mind and become more powerful at manifesting what you want in accordance with your higher purpose.  You will explore states of consciousness that allow illumination, insights and focussed awareness.  You will learn how to stop mental chatter, go through the void and experience higher frequencies of light.  You will learn how to create harmony and flow and become even more aware of subtle, higher energies.  This part is only open to those who have completed Part I of the course.

« Part III - Awakening your light body and becoming radiant
In this last, advanced part of the course you will learn to awaken the three light body centres, enabling you to become a greater and greater radiating source of light.  You will build a channel upward to the Absolute, the Divine or the All That Is.  The last light body centre is one of incredible bliss and beauty.  You will have made an evolutionary leap with the awakening of this centre and your level of personal power, ability to change your environment, positively affect others and experience higher states of consciousness is increased dramatically.  This final part is only open to those who have completed Parts I and II of the course.

Enrolment and Commitment

When you apply to attend the course, we ask that you make the commitment to go through the whole cycle.  We also ask that: 
« you keep a journal to assist you in developing your ability to observe yourself and your progress
« you do not share your recorded meditations
« you do not teach the centres to others.  Effective transmission requires a fully awakened light body and
     specialised training
« take regular exercise during the course to help you integrate the increased amounts of light you will be bringing in

The balances are due 2 weeks in advance by cheque, or in cash on the first day.
