The energy of the heart - unconditional love and acceptance - is one of the most gentle and profoundly healing aspects of our being. When we are able to connect with this energy we can become more calm and focussed, less stressed, and more compassionate with ourselves and those around us.

Releasing tension and returning to the centre of our being can help us recognise how it feels to be loving and confident of who we are. When that energy is expressed through the voice it becomes even more empowering.

Use your voice to express your own unique heart song to vocalise who you are with greater confidence and clarity. The day will be a journey into remembering how it feels to be peaceful, culminating in the beautiful "heartsong" taught by Lyz Cooper. No singing experience is necessary to participate in this workshop. Ages 12 upwards welcome.

You will be able to
« experience a relaxing and focussing sound bath with various instruments, including voice
« notice a greater level of calmness on emotional and mental levels of being
« release physical tension
« explore and identify more of your true self though hearing and experiencing your unique name sound and heart
song
« use your voice to express who you are with greater confidence and clarity
