Through both sound and silence we can return to an inner peace and tranquillity that can help keep us centred in our day to day lives.

This workshop is designed for people who
« are interested in exploring their responses to subtle energies and the world around us
« are interested in taking their meditation practice in a different direction.  If you have no experience in meditation,
     these processes can be just as profound

You will be able to experience
« a relaxing and focussing sound bath with various instruments including gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing
     bowls and voice
« sounds from within and without the physical body
« letting go and sinking deeper into "the silence", 
« sounding with the Om/Aum syllable, receiving it from the group and offering it on out into the universe
« how the sounds and differing energetic qualities of the instruments benefit and interact with you physically,
     mentally, emotionally and spiritually

Please bring with you
« a yoga/sleeping mat/mattress, blanket + cushion/s
« a bottle of water to drink
« ear plugs
« eye mask (optional)
« a friend (optional, but more fun if you can share the experience)
